The house, located a few meters from the historical centre of Treviso, has a 1.400 mq garden. Its goes back to the years 50 and was a one floor house; floor which was about 120 cm above the round level and had a ventilation area on its bottom because of high humidity.
The project foresees: the maintenance of the perimeter, the demolition of all the internal structures of the house until reaching the round level, and for distributive needs, the change to the rhythm and the dimension of the windows.
Regarding architectural needs, instead the architect has planned very high cuts and wide windows positioning both in order to allow the light to enter within without ever bothering who lives the inside spaces. These openings are organized in order to live the outside ambient and garden in the best way possible, adminning from every side of the house views of the plants, trees and flowers which bloom in different periods of the year.
The areas at south and west are situated in a more quiet position and are more protected from outside neighbors and therefore have a privilege view of the garden.
In fact, in the area the kitchen, on the houses west side, the architect has created an oak arbor, allowing those who live here to eat while adminning the surrounding green garden..
